Every 4th and 5th grade class room needs 2 Room Parents, Many Parent Helpers, and a Fun Fair Coordinator.
Room Parents serve as the main liaison between the teacher and the other classroom parents. Room Parents work with the teacher to coordinate 4 parties (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and End of the Year). Room Parents collect money for two teacher gifts (Christmas and the End of the Year). Room Parents contact Parent Helpers before the party and organize contributions of snacks, drinks, etc.
