Thanks to everyone who volunteered! Here is the final list of volunteers. I have also included the job descriptions for those who might not have done it before.

Party Organizer

Organizing a party is fun and is not stressful! You will get the opportunity to work with your child, the class teacher and parent helpers to coordinate the food and activities for the party. Most teachers provide ideas about what they want to do for the party (date, time, how long, etc), what has worked well in the past (craft or game ideas), what snacks they prefer, etc. As the party organizer, you do not incur the cost of the supplies, food, etc. You can send home a class sign-up sheet and the classroom parents can help with everything.
