Please help us promote BrainBlast, Grandview Heights’ art, science and creativity fair with your kids. Here are some things to know about this year’s event:

What is BrainBlast?
BrainBlast is a science and creativity fair, where students, or teams of students, can display and share:
  • An experiment they’ve done
  • A topic they’ve studied
  • A collection they have
  • Artwork they’ve created

All forms of science and expression are welcome. There will be no judging, but kids will receive certificates of participation and photographs of their presentation at the event, plus special treats.

What kinds of things are appropriate for BrainBlast?
Art, Science, Creativity…It’s very open. In years past, we’ve had everything from a stuffed Panda collection, to Lego sculptures, to a homemade catapult, to a mini solar car, to a pet rat that learned to navigate a maze.

When is BrainBlast?
Thursday, March 11, 2010. Set up is between 5-7pm and the event takes place from 7-8pm. Cafeteria-sized tables will be provided. Most displays occupy one-half of a table top or less; if you need more space, please note that on the registration.
